To realize our country’s high school curriculum from "subject oriented" to "the historical transformation of people-oriented" a new round of curriculum reform. Therefore, it has very important signify canceto develop two times of biological materials, which can not only make the basic biology curriculum reform theory in our country can develop, can provide a good theoretical basis for the two development of basic education of our country biology textbooks, which is conducive to the implementation of the biology curriculum. To this, the author determined tow times development of study from the perspective of compulsory high school biology textbooks, try two times the development of how to implement compulsory textbook of biological solutions, aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the first biological teachers.The research is divided into four parts, the contents are as follows:The first part is an introduction, describes the reason and significance of the topic; discussed the research method; research status and literature review, including research status and domestic about the teaching material and the development of research on the two development material abroad; introduced the concept of textbooks, two development, high school biology textbooks.The second part introduces the theoretical basis and principle of teaching material two time son research and development, the main theoretical basis including teaching materials development two times and two times the development of senior high school biology textbook for three important basic principles.The survey study status quo and some students focus on the development of the teaching materials of two times third, through questionnaires and interviews, to the learning situation of teachers to teach high school biology textbook version of human use and students.How to implement the two development high school biology textbooks of the fourth part is the research focus of this paper and core On the basis of on the analysis of the investigation result, through specific case try to put forward the methods of secondary development of tow high school biology textbooks.
