at the turning of the century, the elementary education course reform strategy has been valued worldwide. It is being accumulated by many countries as the measures of strengthening national power. The new wheel of the course reforms that our country is carrying out is one of the biggest maximal elementary education reforms in history. It is also one of the reforms that embodies new educating ideas. In order to adapt to new ideas proposed by new course into the educating new teaching behavior as soon as possible, we must seek operation between new ideas and new behavior. In fact, instructional design is called"bridge science". Facing the needs of the course reforms, instructional design must be equipped with new course ideas. The main body of the book is tried to inspect the theory basis, method and practice.
