Physical activity is one of the means that can improve the bone etabolize, increase bone density and prevent the osteoporosis. The research which swimming exercise have influence on bone density of hobbledehoy exist different conclusions. This may be because of the difference of intensity and the experiment. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the degree that different swimming exercise affect the bone mass and bone biochemical marker of rats that was in the growth period, to investigate its possible mechanisams, to further enrich the theory that physical activity can promote the healthy of bone. At the same time, this paper may be afford certain experiment theory for hobbledehoy who choose moving prescription of gainedding higher basis bone mass, preventing osteoporosis.48 Sprague-Dawley rats, 4 weeks of age, were assigned to 6 groups: natural control group (NC), experimental control (EC), 4 groups of experimental groups (ZS, TS, SS, NS) respectively carries load by the body weight 0%, 3%, 6%, 9% weight in the swimming training, the experimental group swims for 60 minutes/days, 6 days/weeks, last 10 weeks. Tests BMD, BMC, ALP, BGP, TRAP, T and C.The results: (1) the weight of 6 groups is increasing along with the increase of age. The increasing of weight in every swimming groups is slower than contrasting groups, and the intensity bigger, the increasing of weight is slower. (2) BMD, BMC, BGP, TRAP of ZS group is a little lower than contrasting groups, but this affect is not notable (P<0.05). (3) The BMD, BMC, ALP, BGP, TRAP and T of TS group is hinger than contrasting groups (P<0.05). (4) The BMD, BMC, ALP, BGP, TRAP and T of of SS group is hinger than contrasting groups (BMD, BMC,P﹤0.05;ALP, BGP, TRAP, T,P﹤0.01), have good effect on the bone. (5) The BMD, BMC, ALP, BGP, TRAP and T of the group of NS have no difference from contrasting groups (P>0.05). (6) There is no effect on the increasing of the long of the bone by swimming. The result of this study showed that different swimming intensity had different effects on bone growth, the diversity of hormone was the factor which regulate bone growth. These results suggested that suitable intensity swimming exercise could increase the levels of serum hormone of the rats in growth period and gained higher bone mineral content.
