With the fact that the education reform of colleges and universities in our country ceaselessly goes deep into, pushing forward an education reform has become the development priority of the educating cause currently. In emphasizing the student quality cultivates, today, quality education becomes already the important problem that all disciplines are confronting with. As the important component of sports education, the process of the basketball teaching at ease also takes on the important mission pushing forward reform and development of quality education. Cognitive strategy is the technical ability that the learner organizing in the inside of, used to guide himself, to pay attention to, to study, to remember and to compose, is one kind of procedure knowledge. Cognitive strategy is the important skill which the church student studies, also is the education for quality education development important content. Realizes in the basketball teaching to student's quality education,must pay great attention to the student cognition strategy raise.How to foster a student to have effective cognitive strategy in hand in the process of teaching? By what teaching step and teaching principle that Cognitive strategy teaches to respond to abide? What teaching training way, what teaching trains method to draw, what teaching organizes a form in carrying out cognitive strategy in teaching in basketball responds to adopt? Which are the problems that must be confronted with and solve, which realize effective Cognitive strategy teaching in basketball teaching, let a student learn to study.This research is on the basis of drawing other field's achievement and experience about cognitive strategy studies, taking basketball teaching theory and cognitive strategy theory as basis, contacting cognitive strategy with basketball defensive teaching, to investigate and discuss preliminary those problems above, and to have carried out teaching experiment of cognitive strategy in the basketball defense teaching. Aim at discussing the effect that cognitive strategy teaching to student's basketball academic record, and effects to the learning ability of basketball, and to the level of cognitive strategy teaching.Penetration-pattern teaching of cognitive strategy was carried out to put the contents of cognitive strategy teaching into the technique and tactics teaching in basketball on the basis not changing the original basketball teaching programmer. Think of characteristics such as inner recessiveness, target directionality, the cognitive strategy teaching is carried through guiding-style. In the process of teaching, the teacher puts forward concrete tactics guidance nature problem, to guide a student to apply cognitive strategy in basketball learning, in this period, teacher should give corresponding feedback out and guides in time according to the concrete conditions that student applies the tactics and the ability of basketball technical studying. In entire process of learning of cognitive strategy, the student has been through the self-examination, the strategy trial, the migration and a series of consolidations of cognitive strategy to mast the cognitive strategy. The guiding-style teaching of cognitive strategy is also an innovative point.The research indicated: (1) the method of the guiding-style teaching of cognitive strategy teaching is effective. (2) In the defense teaching in the basketball, the remarkable rise in student's basketball academic record had been realized by penetration-pattern teaching of cognitive strategy. (3) In the defense teaching in the basketball, the remarkable rise in the abilities of basketball learning had been realized by penetration-pattern teaching of cognitive strategy. (4) In the defense teaching in the basketball, the remarkable rise in the level of cognitive strategy had been realized by penetration-pattern teaching of cognitive strategy.
