This paper take Central South University as an example, analyzes the difference of the conditions of before and after union of the three school. To realize the well development of the university after the union, CSU promotes four principles of culture conformity and make related policies, exploring the campus culture amalgamation and the trend of the real union of the university from the campus zoology,morality education and innovation university. The achievement we have got show that the conformity of campus culture has its effect. The conclusions we get are: we should focus on the subject construction and research, attract the talent and build the goal of being the top university of the world; we should strengthen the construction of campus culture and improve the competition ability of the university; we should do the ideological and political education through the campus culture activity; We should explore the internet morality education system and build the internet morality education basement.
