After entering the 21th century, due to the renewal of knowledge and technology, the community makes a fundamental change in demand of talented people.The standard of talented people is no longer how much knowledge they have,but their abilities to learn. Learning to learn well is people's requirement to education in today's society and also the goal of the new curriculum.Movement and force is the foundation of physics and also the key point of high school. Methods of researching physics and subject feature are embodied in this module. A higher demand is made on the learner's cognitive structure, logical thinking and learning method. For first year students in Senior High. Learning physics is a high level. How to solve this problem is the most urgent task in high school phycics teaching.This paper focuses on the in-depth investigation to the following three aspects: the stategies, having no-cognitve level, analyses the defects existing between teaching and learning and puts forward the strategies to solve the problem by using the advaanced ideas of educational psychology. By building knowledge networks, passing on learning strategies, training self-examination and other means, so as to completely achieve the purpose of overcoming learning disabilities, improving the ability of learning physics.The results showed that the majority of the obstacles in learning movement and force are caused by low cognitive level, affected by the wrong ex-concept , lack of methods and the strategy awareness and having lower level of non-cognitive .In the teaching process, teachers should pay attention to the concent teaching, face the ex-concept and convert it into scientfic concept . Teachers also should develop students'independent self-control, problem-solving abilities by providing the guidance to learning strategies.Teachers'conscious cognitive strategies and non-cognitive training can improve students'abilities to understand concepts, to grasp rules and to solve problems on physics. Teaching results are easy to see. Paved the way for students to study in the future.
