Chinese Military Sports Socialization

In October, 1995, "The Ninth Five Years' Plan for national economy and social development and the prospect outline for the year2010"pointed out-----the management system for the athletics should befurther reformed and the conditioned items are expected to promote the association system and club system to establish the structure in which the nation and society hold the athletics business together and to follow to hold athletics. This was the first time in the nation to put atheletics socialization and industrialization into the outline document across the century .It clearly pointed out the way and direction for the athletics business reform, and laid important theories foundation and law foundations for our country's atheletics business to follow the social and industrial way in the 21^st century .ATHLETICS LAW in our country also clearly proved in Article 3 that the nation pushes forward reform for athletics management system and encourages business organization ,social groups and citizens to establish and support the athletics business.From this ,we are safe to draw a conclusion that the military athletics socialization fit together with our general policies and it's an embodiment of the athletics reform in our country .In this paper , cultural heritage data, expert interview and the logic analyze etc. methods are used , and a wide range of knowledge which involves in ,physical education ,demotics and other subjects is comprehensively synthesized as well to elaborate the necessity to.It also analyzes the benifical and restricted factors for our nation to execute the military athletics socialization .Based on the discussion about the develpoment trend for the military athletics socialization, this paper brings forward relevant solutions and tries its every effort to make can be practiced well in our country .Firstly ,this paper limits the definition for military athletics and gives the meaning for the military athletics socialization. Immediately after that ,it discusses the necessity for our country to execute military athletics socialization which is mainly because of the demand of the ages development ,the demand of national defence ,the demand of the market economy healthy development , the demand of positive interaction between military and social athletics and the demand of the development for military athletics itself. Thirdly ,it analyzes the benifical and restricted factors for our nation to execute the military athletics socialization after illustrating the process foundation for our country's athletics socialization management system.Finally, it discusses the development trend for the military athletics socalization in our country, and puts forward relevant solutions according to the problems which exist in the process of the military athletics socalization in our country.
