Nowadays, the development of private education in China is up against manyserious predicaments, such as the weak basic competition, the low social status, thedifferent development of each school.How to overcome the predicaments is the purpose of thesis. Take the privateschool——YuCai Middle School as an example, using the truth and data which werecollected by my practice and survey, and combined with the brand management theory,try to analyze the outer environment and inner conditions of YuCai Middle School.Then I explained the problem of brand construction of YuCai Middle School bybrand strategy, brand management, brand protection and so on.Finally, I draw a conclusion of my work and comment. The result of mycomment is after the particular brand construction, YuCai Middle School is greatlyimproved its ability of brand competition.
