| PURPOSE:Analysis the changes on the Chinese elitist swimmers'biochemical data which were collected over two seasons, the training for the 10th World Swimming Championships, 2003 (10th WSC, 2003) and the 28th Athens Olympic Games, 2004 Athens Swimming Competition (28th AOG, 2004). Exploring the individualized change when the swimmers at their better competitive performance (CP).METHODS:The physiological and biochemical data(RBC, Hb, Bu, CK, T, C, T/C, Bla & HR) of the elitist Chinese short-distance female swimmers (n=8) were collected over two seasons, the training for the 10th WSC, 2003 and the 28th AOG, 2004, to explore the individualized change through the date analysis, Paired-Samples T Test and Independent-Samples T Test, to establish the individual data of biochemical for the better CP of the elitist Chinese short-distance female swimmers.RESULT:During the last part training(23rs to 24th week) for the 10th WSC, 2003 and the 28th AOG, 2004, In the elitist Chinese short-distance female swimmers who have the better competition state, some of them shows that the RBC, the Hb and the T is higher than their average; some of them shows that the Hb and the T is lower than their average. The result of the Blood lactate Bla and HR are good indicators of an athelte's CP. Each biochemical data show individual through the date analysis and the T test.CONCLUSIONS:The good level biochemical data is necessary condition to the the good performance of the elitist Chinese short-distance female swimmers, it didn't effect the competitive ability directly. The RBC, Hb and T is the regular individualized data of biochemical for the better CP of the elitist Chinese short-distance female swimmers.Bla test in the same training mean is the the irregular individualized data of biochemical. According the individuality the better CP can make a good result during the competition. Therefore, it can develop an individualized biochemical data for the better CP. |
