"The Standard of Physique and Health for Students"(shorted in Standard) has been enforcing three years from the start of the new school term of the University, Middle School and Elementary School in China in 2002. The enforcement of the Standard is still in the stage of the practicing and probing. In order to carry"the Standard of Physique and Health for Students"out, develop the function of it and provide proof and data for the department of the education committee on this field, the author of this thesis tires to research the condition of the performance, conclude the experience, discuss the problem of the enforcing and analyze the factors of the influence of"the Standard of Physique and Health for Students"at middle school in Beijing. The author had investigated 180 persons who is in charge of the organizing the physical education teachers, physical education teacher and the director of 17 Districts and 600 students who come from 11 Districts in Beijing.By the computing and analyzing, the author gets the conclusion as follows:1. Except the Middle school of the Shijingshan District, the"standard"has been launched at the Middle school in Beijing. There are 68.4 percent of the Middle school have launched it at the all grade and 31.6 percent at the part of the grade.2.The implement of the"standard"has been valued very much by the department of the education committee of the most of the District in Beijing. A great deal of manpower, material resources and financial powers have been thrown in the work. They obtained a few result and experiences. But there are some problems of the disadvantage for the check, direct and management.3.The implement work for the"standard"at the Middle school of Beijing is better in general. But some headmasters of the parts of schools have not value enough the implement work, they just walk through the field or stop one's ears. They didn't pay attention to the implement work for the"standard"as the importance part of their school work for the physical education.4. A great deal of publicity work have been done by the Middle school of Beijing. It is the physical education teachers that they were responsible for the publicity work of the"standard". But the require of the"standard"that it is the duty for the regiment, the student association and the sport organization of the students to complete the publicity work of the implement work for the"standard", and the most of them did not complete it.5. The main operators are the physical education teachers at the Middle school in Beijing. The 94.9 percent of the physical education teachers were trained by different organization. A few physical education teachers attended to the work without being trained. The main test style of the"standard"is the exam in the lesson of the physical education. It is the lesson of the physical education that it is the main time. There is a phenomenon of teaching time was elbowed and the normal teaching work was pounded.6. There is 62.7 percent test instrument of school in Middle school of Beijing can't satisfy with the test request. The most outstanding problem is the quantity shortage of the instrument. The step experiments time that test take up long, have already become whole"standard"test the bottleneck of the work.7. The physical education teachers and students of the Middle school in Beijing all hold affirmative attitude with the evaluation index sign and the evaluation standards of the"standard". There are 77.8 percent of the teachers thank that the work of the physical education at the middle school has been pushed by the"standard". There are 55.6 percent of the students thank that their study and practice of the sports have been pushed by the"standard".8. The implement work of the"standard"at the Middle school of Beijing is under the influence of the six factors, such as the physical education teacher's factor, check and supervision attitude factor, leadership managing the factor, comprehend and support factor, the school organization manage factor, the"standard"and the instrument factor and so on.
