Object: This study attempts to introduce electrographic technique to study the major action of young male tennis players. To improve and rationalize the project of strength training on the muscle of tennis players, the study has applied sports anatomy, sports physiology, sports training, sports biomechanics and other subjects.It also attempts to illustrate the rationality of the major action of tennis from a new point of view and contribute to the 2008 Olympic Games and the popularization of mass physical education.Method: Six excellent male tennis players'Electromyogram(EMG)were memorized by the memorial apparatus of physiology of RM6240B/C(four leads) and angle apparatus of joint and other apparatus. Also, the major muscle's EMG of the major action were analyzed by professional analysis soft.Result: (1) EMG analysis on tennis serve has discovered that deltoid and trapezius send out strength at fist and keep longer duration than other muscles and contribute the most strength. At one time , deltoid and trapezius are the major muscles power provider.(2) EMG analysis on drive tennis with one hand racket griped in half westward pattern has discovered that trapezius, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius send out strength firstly and keep longer duration in company with deltoid than other muscle. But trapezius, biceps brachii, brachioradialis, deltoid, pectoralis major are the major muscle power provider. (3)EMG analysis on drive tennis with two backhands racket griped has discovered that nearly all muscles send out strength lingeringly,but tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, trapezius, deltoid keep longer duration than other muscles and trapezius, brachioradialis, biceps brachii, deltoid are the major muscle power provider. (4)The whole study has discovered that trapezius, deltoid are the major muscle power provider during the course of three drive action.Conclusion: (1) During the course of daily strength training of tennis serve,the speed power,reaction power and power resistance training of deltoid and trapezius should be attached importance. (2) During the course of daily strength training of drive tennis with one hand racket griped in half westward pattern, not only the speed power, reaction power training of trapezius, biceps brachii, brachioradialis, deltoid and pectoralis major should be attached importance, but also the power resistance training of trapezius, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius and deltoid should be thought much of. (3) During the course of daily strength training of drive tennis with two backhands racket griped, not only the speed power,reaction power training of trapezius, brachioradialis, biceps brachii and deltoid should be attached importance, but also the power resistance training of trapezius, deltoid, tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius should be thought much of.(4) During the course of whole daily strength training, the speed power,reaction power and power resistance training of deltoid and trapezius should be especially attached importance. Further more, the power resistance training of tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius should be highly attached importance.(5) sEMG technique can be applied to study the rationality of the action of tennis drive. Further more, we can attempt to diagnose and analyze the imperceptibility on the action with the condition of experiment.
