Research purposes :For our national echelon construction of table tennis, badminton tennis and helping researchers to establish a solid theoretical foundation, The author, through summarizing much specific physical constitution training relative imformation of racket-hold and net-separating antagonistic group , acquired theoretical basis and specific group training methods.Research methods:The author get conclusions by documental investigation,mathematical statistics,questionnaire investigation,expert investigation ,and handing Statistical data by software Excel.Research objectsThe author selected the four players of Wuhan institute of P.E badminton team, four players of Hubei university of Technology table tennis team and four players of Wuhan sports school tennis as research objects, and summarize the effective training methods of specific physical constitution training of racket-hold and net-separating antagonistic group and same physical constitution ,specific training methods as theoretical foundation .The main conclusionThe author considers that athletes's specific physical constitution of racket-hold and net-separating antagonistic group mainly emphasis on Displacement speed, wind-upspeed ,endurance capability ,sensitive capability ,flexibility capability and capability to bounce. In the same group ,with factors of similar court limitation, similar characteristics and similar technical requirements of movement, the author considers that physical training of this group in daily has strong commonality. And the author thinks each event can share the same training methodin specific training method of this group.
