Learner's demand should be as far as possible satisfied in distance education because all activities of distance education is carried on around the study and development of distance education learner, who are not only the implementary subject of distance education but also the ultimate embodiment of distance education's quality. In distance education practice, usually teaching content, technical means and resource conditions are preferentially considered, but student is easy to be ignored, especially lacking research analysis to learning performance of distance education learners.This thesis mainly launches the discussion around the learning performance distance education and influencing factors of learning performance, and expands case study on situation of net-based distance education in Xinjiang. This paper tries to specify the influence of net—based learning environment on distance education learner, then game theory is used to analyze main influence factors on learning performance of learning distance education. Generally the purpose of this study is to find the approach to enhance learning performance of distance education learner and to promote distance education cause in remote and undeveloped areas.Based on experimental results in Xinjiang, from the game theory perspective the influencing factors on learning performance of distance education learner are systemically analyzed, then we can reach the conclusion that through systemic management and with hardware condition, learning performance of distance education learner has been improved in the inland area where the economy relatively legs behind and the high quality educational resources are comparatively short of. Through game analysis on experimental results, three influencing factors on learning performance of distance education learner have been found. If these influencing factors can be controlled, the way to promote learning performance of distance education learner will be found.Performance technology was applied to analyzed learning performance of distance education learner, which is an important innovation of this paper. Based on game analysis and performance, influencing factors on learning performance of distance education learner was analyzed through game analysis, which is another innovation of this paper.
