With the promotion of the teachers' professional specialization, many researchers focus their studies on the issue of teachers' knowledge, by inquiring the structure of the knowledge and the path to acquire them. Being a researcher in teacher training, the author would like to pay more attention to the sources teachers acquiring their knowledge and the contribution of such sources. By means of taking Dr. Lianghuo Fan's former study for reference, this dissertation investigates the math teachers in Beijing suburb by using the method of questionnaire in order to distinguish the resources and their contribution to the teachers' knowledge acquirement. The study shows that the reflection and exchanging of the teachers' experiences are more important than later training and professional action conducted by their school employers in knowledge acquiring, while the education and teaching experience in normal university play very little role on it. On the other hand, the study also concludes that the curriculum reform has a positive effect on such knowledge acquirement.
