Rural Primary School Teachers' Knowledge Structure Construction And Research

At present, basic educational course reform is moving forward step by step in every place, and gets certain effect. Along with educational reform move forward, a lot of problems in basic education show suddenly. It is a more outstanding problem that in which, what a lot of teachers do not suit to alter for new lesson. Studying its reason, the mainly one is no-reasonable teacher knowledge structure. This paper only aim at the research according to this problem, attempts to, on referring to the member-nerve-biology related theoretical foundation, found a kind of new teacher knowledge structural model that meets the needs of educational reform, investigate with this model for basis the teacher knowledge structure of current rural teacher, in order to raise benefit for the improvement of rural teacher knowledge structure.This paper is divided into two parts:The first one is to found new teacher knowledge structural model. We think that the new teacher knowledge structural model should can help growing up for the specialization of teacher, and play the part of the guidance role that be made clear very much, so that teachers can meet the requirement of the new-lesson-reform at present with passing through to study for and utilize this model . Passing through the analysis of the relevant knowledge of member-nerve-biology, from the material source of knowledge, researcher divides knowledge into two parts, one is the inside- source-knowledge, and the other is the outside-source-knowledge. And we also have founded a kind of teacher inside and outside source knowledge structural model with the basic of this theory.
