After analysing the outer and inner situations which Shandong Luneng Football School faced, the writer used many fundamental principles and methods of strategic management, such as Six Forces Model, SWOT analysis , Industry_Life_Cycle, Industry Positioning, Diversification Strategies, etc. The article drew a conclusion that the school should base on football and table tennis , train top class football and table tennis players, undertake football and table tennis matches and other commercial training, make full use of the resource advantage to develop various of industries, build the word famous football school and the top class table tennis school.The writer has made a deep research in youth players' training of football and table tennis. In our country , it is the first time to use the strategy theory to analysis the football school. In the situation of the stagnant football market in China, the article points out developing paths for the football school. It is a reference for other football schools ,as well as for Chinese youth football training.The article consists of five parts. The first part is the background of strategic management and status of the Chinese football and football schools. The second part is to analyze outer situation of the Luneng Football School (including macro environment and meso environment). The third part is to analyze the inner factors of the Luneng footall school. The fourth part is using the SWOT analysis, industry positioning and diversification strategies to make the overall strategy. In the fifth part, in order to serve the strategy , adjust the organization framework, control the process, consummate the regulation, control the work flow and build the culture.
