The football without culture is the desert football.The era is calling the football players with the quality of culture.At the present, the education of culture for the youth football players is a weakness in China,especially the teachers who are working on the education for the football players fail to keep pace with the demands of the times. In 2007,Luneng Taishan Football School has raised the strategy of Developing Football with Science and Education and and it puts forward higher requirements for the building of the adequate school teachers. But the problems which are going in the teaching performance evaluation mode in Luneng Football School have become one of the important factors which are restricting the development of the teaching team.Therefore it has been an urgant task for Luneng Football School to build scientific teahcing performance evaluation system.The first chapter refers to the background,aim and the main studying methods of this paper.The second chapter introduces 360-degree assessment method,a popular and scientific way of teaching performance evaluation.It Focuses on the development,the theoretical foundation,and the developing trend of this method.The third chapter focuses on analysing the current situation and existing problems in the teaching performance evaluation in the school,Such as fuzzy assessment positioning,not comprehensive indicators of assessment,not comprehensive body of assessment,not timely feedback of assessment,lack of incentive mechanism assessment,and certain cognitive errors of judgement issue in assessment.The fourth chapter puts forward building 360-degree evaluation system for teaching performance in Luneng Taishan Football School.It focuses on introducing principles of construction,the evaluating body,the design of assessment indicators,perspectives on the assessment and proportion designing method of evaluation indicators.The fifth chapter refers to the opreation of 360-degree assessment mode. It's mainly on operational processe and the problems which should be paid attention to during the opeational processe.
