College Graduates To Participate In The Sociology Of The Civil Service Exam

My paper focuses on the social behaviour of the entrance examination for government employee of college graduates. My research treats the theory of social mobility and the theory of the social structure as the basic theory.In the perspective of my research, the graduate students are the doctors, graduates and other students who have studied in the college. My research treats the students who are entrance examination for government employee as the elite of lower class. The social elite are the people who have resources of the individual in comparative advantage. Their mobility is the mobility of the elite. The elite of college student of lower class flows to the upper class in the existing social institution system.My paper holds that the premises of graduates participate in the entrance examination for government employee is very complexity. Focus on macro-social structure and social stratification, social elite is the flow of modern conversion and college education of the transition from one of the two areas . To compare complete understanding of reference of this community college graduates, on the impact of reference must be made by this act due to the choice. The rational choice and self-realization can be made as a reference to the examination of this community to act for the choice.Objectively speaking, college graduates to participate in the entrance examination for government employee this act only in their own individual and social relations of the micro-level network will produce such as the demonstration effect, and the responsibility of all the possible and practical effect, so their social structure and Stratified by the macro level possible and the reality of the complexity of the social effects is a matter of course. By the combination of practical, I adopts the social justice and social stratification to explain my research.Finally, in view of social mobility, my concluding of this paper is the entrance examination for government employee of graduates realizes their flow to the upper class. At the end of the process the result is not only in the micro-operation is conducive to strengthening the individual sense of social equity, and is conducive to the promoting and realizing the overall level of social justice in the macro level.
