Postgraduat Sources And Social Stratification Mobility

The sources of postgraduates had a huge impact their educational development and job-hunting.At present,colleges and universities are competing for the high quality postgraduates,companies also single out excellent postgraduates,so how does higher education choose the proper postgraduates?And how they can get a promotion by higher education?These are the important theory and practice problems which the current graduate education in our country must face and to deal with urgently.This paper,utilize the knowledge of pedagogy and sociology by stating and inquiry the correlation theory of postgraduation education social stratification and mobility to,from the theoretical framework. This article will adopt the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,literature and investigation,collecting relevant data at home and abroad and take the economy and management majors in nearly 20 years of more than 200 academic postgraduates as sample,Through questionnaire survey,field interviews and other methods,key informations,such as the student’s resources, family economic, parents’ social hierarchy, the first degree of students’, professional basis employment intention,promotion and other employment information,by interviews,collected some other informations,such as the reason why atlened graduate school,opinions on how to construct the specialty,and the employment situation of subjective opinions.Using quantitative analysis on the basis of the above factors,this article points out that the postgraduates from economics and management majour of Huazhong agriculture university exist difficulties and obstacles in the relationship between students’ sources and social stratification mobility.This study reveals that the central China agricultural college education postgraduates in economics and management and the problems that exist in the social stratification flow, namely the rich scientific research interest in the graduate matriculate is less, what are you going to do is not much, the best specialists in the graduate employment counterpart proportion of workers is too low, the first record of formal schooling influence employment etc. And then analyzes the existing problems of internal and external factors, from the perspective of system theory, around the government, schools, students and the social four aspects, put forward to improve the graduate students and social stratification flow relationship of countermeasures and Suggestions.
