Because of higher education market competition, this thesis states that Chinese and Foreign cooperative education is a good way for the senior high vocational college to participate in competition. By comparing the difference between the Chinese and western vocational education, it shows that this kind of education can help us learn successful foreign teaching experiences, make use of advanced foreign education resources, promote senior high vocational college reformation in education, it also plays an important role in developing high-quality personnel.The essence of Chinese and Foreign cooperative education is to create brand education in the international cooperation the competition of the environment, and brand management programming should contain the four essential parts: brand orientation, brand investment, brand foundation and brand management.The most important part in the brand management is how to set up management mode; this is also the core element of this thesis. What makes this thesis novel is that it makes every link in the Chinese and Foreign cooperation as an organic whole, all around brand strategy on dealing with management:(1) Create a harmony campus, make use of the students' satisfaction with our school education to praise publicity brand;(2) Innovative management system, create the consistence of brand;(3) Make people the center of the renewal management style, keep the consistence of brand promotion. (4) Establish the reasonable brand management system, promote brand strategies (6) Enhance quality education, expand the development brand for training qualified personals;(7) The basis of brand management is nurturing high-standard teachers;(8)Put equal importance on Employment and studying abroad, highlight the superiority of Chinese and Foreign cooperation;(9) value" customer" relation management, make the brand have the customers of firmness;(10) Brand's continuously promoting is the motive for the senior high vocational school college to keep Chinese and Foreign cooperation program.This text finally points out that the education brand, which is created through brand management, is the Chinese and Foreign cooperation's invisible assets, can create brand domino effect, can bring three advantages on competition, value, and extension for senior high vocational school college of Chinese and Foreign cooperation.
