China's special education teachers with less concern on the continuing education needs and to participate in continuing education is facing difficulties,we are concerned about too little,as a graduate student in adult education,found themselves in this predicament,the instinctively rekindled interest and desire to explore,that wish to do their modest concern about the special education teachers,recourse to their status and needs of continuing education.The author from the perspective of adult education,research methods,such as the use of interviews to Shandong Province,four special education teachers in schools for example, received special education teachers to participate in continuing education at the plight faced by first-hand information on the end of the interview,I will to organize materials,draw conclusions, a comprehensive analysis of the special education teachers to participate in continuing education to face the real difficulties,both at home and abroad have the advanced experience of reference, combined with the results of multi-disciplinary theory put forward reasonable proposals of its own.Part of a total of five papers:PartⅠ:Introduction.The introduction of the thesis topics reason;at home and abroad to conduct a brief literature review;to appear in the text of the important concepts:special education,special education teachers,continuing education to define;from the perspective of both theory and practice to explore the meaning of the article.PartⅡ:study design and implementation.Research purposes on the identification,selection of research methods,interviews to determine the object,the concrete implementation of the course of the study are described,and study quality assessment,ethics,etc.consider.PartⅢ:Analysis of interviews and the results.Taking into account regional differences, urban-rural divide,the reality as well as their own ability level,Taking all factors,I will limit the scope of an interview in the following four schools,they are economically developed coastal city center deaf,the less developed inland city county-level school for the deaf,mentally challenged children simultaneously enrolled in primary schools,as well as the general set up a private kindergarten for children with depression.At these four schools,I selected six special education teachers,focusing on special education teachers to take part in continuing education to face the plight of the central themes of the interview.PartⅣ:special education teacher continuing education dilemma.The main use of self-directed learning,adult learning scenarios,such as studying theory,sociological theory, social psychology theory,the six special education teachers to participate in continuing education to face the reality of the plight of a comprehensive analysis and summary.PartⅤ:For interviews with special education teachers in the practical difficulties,from the relevant department,special education schools,special education teachers in the three aspects of special education teachers to promote the development of continuing education a number of recommendations.
