Competing Weak Roots In The Chinese Football System Analysis And Countermeasures

When the first sound of the Opium War broke out,the strong culture of Western science and democracy,with the intrusion of various foreign powers,also spread at this time on the ancient land of China.Modern English soccer sports just aroused also landed on and developed in this ancient country.However,it is not smooth for the development of modern soccer sport in China. From the disorder development of the passive acceptance of this sport to the orderly development of the active participation in it and to the excessive development of alienation, more than a century,modern soccer sport in China has not been able to isolate from the guide of magistralism and demonstration of western developed-soccer countries,so that the development of Chinese soccer gradually lost the cultural characteristics of its own,and lost national spirit of the soccer sport provided by long and profound history of traditional Chinese culture.Therefore, when we find today the development of Chinese soccer has lost the national character of the time, we have the responsibility and obligation to think necessarily the development of Chinese soccer sport more than a century,to face up to the status,to reflect the cause of incentive problem,and to recall the development process of modern Chinese sport of soccer,which will no doubt play a very important role in growing up Chinese soccer in today's pursuit of development of a wide range of soccer culture.From the perspective of system science,this article conducts a comprehensive analysis of Chinese soccer,and builds up a system model.Through analysis of the internal and external environment factors of the large-scale systems of Chinese soccer,as well as analysis of close contact and influence with each other of various sub-systems of internal and external environment the impact,this paper further points out the defects and problem of the competitive ability of Chinese soccer.Through the weak competitive ability and the situation of athletic disorders shown by large-scale matches,this paper make a step-by-step analysis of the current dilemma faced by Chinese soccer and measures to go out of the predicament.Thus,Chinese soccer firstly should stand up from its own,find and pick up the dignity trampled once by others. Secondly,we should shorten the distance from Asian soccer powers,have a place in Asian soccer, and finally move closer to the world soccer power.Time may be rather long,but some measures and proposals,with some reference value,have been proposed through analysis by all experts and coaches together.It is also hoped that the Chinese Soccer Association directs soccer,the first world sport,to the healthy and orderly development in China.It is also hoped that the soccer sport in China would reflect its charm and value.This paper makes use of literature,historical research,systemic analysis,logic reasoning to comprehensively review the causes of weak competition of Chinese soccer.And this paper makes use of systematic principle to analyze the solutions to problem from all aspects,propose part of management strategy and draw our own opinions,which are hoped to be criticized and suggested by experts:1.There is an uneven development of competitive level of soccer in our country.China's soccer competitive level has a great distance from the world's,reflecting both the gap between technologies and the gap between the soccer spirits.2.There is a gap between the soccer management structure at home and abroad.Except the impact of political and economic systems,purely from the point of view of commercial management and operation,there exist obvious defects in our soccer management structure,and our soccer management structure could not harmoniously combine with national political and economic systems.3.There is a great distance between internal and external environment of our country and that of the world's leading ones.Influence of environment results in the disordered development, On which basis,we are positioning at the embarrassment of non-reciprocity,no matter how compared with other countries.4.Our Chinese Soccer Association has completed the original leading role in course of development.With the commercialized,Worldwide and multi-dimensional development of soccer,the Soccer Association should slowly transfer the original active lead to the passive promotion.5.The co-ordinative research of the whole national system and the soccer professionalism must be more deep studies and use.Superficial calm situation has not adapted the law of the development.Therefore,it is a pressing issue to effectively and deeply study national institutions for adaptation and development of soccer,so that we can improve the level of soccer from the basis,and provide a strong argument for the development of soccer in China.
