The Research Of Football Competition System And Policy Of Reform In China Undergraduate Students

To successfully combine with sports and education and to improve the high-level sports term in university, we must produce a whole system which can express the fair competition principle. The competition system of undergraduate sports is the core element of university's athletics development. Nowadays, The football sport competition system in China undergraduate student has been the stage of fast-development and in the future it will promote the long development of football sports in China undergraduate student. However, there are still many disadvantages about the football sports system in China undergraduate student. If this situation exists for ever, it must affect the further development of football sports system in China undergraduate student. Moreover, it may lead to the obstacle of training of potential athlete in our country. Also, it might baffle the forward step of undergraduate sports.This research analyse the situation of football sports of China undergraduate student by the collection of papers and dates, interview to the experts, questionnaires and statistic methods. Under the full knowledge of the football sports system of the China undergraduate student, we take further analysis of the problem of this system. And then this research has searched for the basic model of football sports system in undergraduate student which will be adaptable to the present China social development. Meanwhile, this research will raise the reform protocol and the ideas of treating this problem.This research result suggested that the undergraduate men football matches was still on the developing stage because of the Saihuizhi, which lack of organization in every areas and level. In the result of above, it gives very few chances to the athlete and the effective of market is very low because the main fund source is from the university. Meanwhile, The effective check of athlete qualification is never good enough which lead to the disorder of the fair competition principle. The undergraduate women football sport was only in the early-development stage. Instead of the problem similar to the men's, women football game exist the problems of fewer terms, lower-popularization and variety level.Consider for the problem given above, we give the suitable reform protocol. Firstly, the training model of excellent athlete must change gradually from physical education high-school , professional term, university term to elementary school, senior high school, university term and professional term. Secondly, the men football league must gradually adapt Home Away system among all of the three steps of the league. Meanwhile, the women contest league must gradually adapt A two-stage selection system. Thirdly, we must enforce the development of the local districts and provinces matches. Also, we must enforce the communion with international university. The development of the senior high school football matches must be fully considered. Fourthly, we must enlarge the fund sources by powerful marketing, attracting more company to the university and reducing the proportion of the university's fund. Fifthly, We must build a complete athlete qualification system and found the special department to administer the athlete who attend for the football league in undergraduate student. Sixthly, It will benefit for the transmission of the campus culture if the undergraduate student football league can form its unit style.
