During the new background of today's society, the instructional methods and tools of the classroom teaching have a great reform and development in the deaf school of our country, the implication of information and technology has proved its benefit. The development of the modern educational technology, which symbolized as multimedia has created new learning environment for the students, while it also bring a challenge to the level of using the IT for teachers, and influenced the teaching and learning effect, including the transference of the media information, the interaction of the teachers and students, the atmosphere of the classroom, and the use of some other instructional instrument. In order to improve the instructional quality, enhance the development of teachers, we need an effective assessment mode to standardize and induce felicitous instruction.The research ,which make the theory of modern educational technology as its theoretical support, the technical environment as its condition, give a synthetic evaluation system of the deaf school classroom teaching through the analyzing of the teaching and learning status. It includes the following six parts:Part one, the author expressed the research background and the bearing of the research, which based on today's development of modern educational technology and the new tendency of the classroom teaching assessment in deaf school, which can help to grasp the research orientation, and gain the evaluation of the research on improve the classroom teaching quality and enhance the instructional level of teachers.Part two, the author summarized the overseas and native research actuality, finding the gap between the native and the overseas to grasp the development orientation of the classroom teaching evaluation in deaf school and the accorded theory.Part three is an important actual gist of the research, which is based on the analysis of the learning and teaching condition, find the method and principal of the evaluation system.Part four is the keystone of the research, which expressed the process of the instruction, analysis each guideline in detail. The individual guideline should be paid more attention, which has its different meaning from the normal school, the author expect it have value to the effective and efficient instruction. And ,this part also gave a counting method of each guideline power in detail according to the Delphi counting method and level-analysis method, which can insure the entity of the evaluation system construction.Part five gave a test of the constructing evaluation system, including its believable degree and its measurable degree, which is to make sure the veracity of the evaluation system.Part six gave a summarize of the research, and a brief instruction of how to use the evaluation system.In order to ensure the forward-looking of the research content, the autor choose the classroom teaching which apply the modern educational technology as evaluate object, the classroom teaching in traditional condition isn't included.
