Harmonious Campus Culture Construction Study

In this paper, the author takes the theory of ideological and political education as the main explanation framework, combined with sociology, psychology theories and related disciplines to study the related issues of building a harmonious campus culture in the college.The full paper is devided into four chapters, the first two chapters of the major colleges and universities from makes the theoretical analysis of related issues about a harmonious campus culture. Campus culture is different from the school culture, it also stressed the value of education, which is related to the areas of ideological and political education. Valuable experience of Central South University in colleges and universities provides an useful and effective countermeasures reference to explore the building of a harmonious campus culture: it must adhere to the equilibrium of scientific and Humanities nature, the unity of oriented and open nature and principle of cultural integration in common and the personality from the campus material, spiritual, institution and behavior culture in four dimensions to rich the content of a harmonious campus culture, through improving the leadership mechanism and the main building subject, mining vectors' resources, an effective way of carrier promotes construction and development of a harmonious campus culture.The innovation of this paper: it makes a theoretical analysis of the construction of a harmonious campus culture for the first time, the ideological and political education has opened up new areas of research, and puts forward the advice for the construction of harmonious campus culture making the Central South University as an representative which are highly effective.
