The Research On The Harmonious Campus Culture Construction In The Secondary Vocational Schools Of Hebei Province

The construction of harmonious culture is an important thought foundation of building a harmonious society, and it is the powerful gripper of building well-off society and realizing the fundamental interests of the people.The harmonious campus culture in the Secondary Vocational School is an important part of harmonious culture, and it will be of great importance in cultivating students’ noble sentiments and advancing the comprehensive quality. The Ideological and Political Education in the Secondary Vocational School is an organic part of secondary vocational education, which plays an important role in the construction of harmonious campus culture.Traditional way of Ideological and Political Education can not be satisfied in the need of rapidly development in market economy, the recruitment of students scale expands unceasingly, the onslaught of the pluralistic trend.Therefore, to ensure that in the smoothly moves in the construction of the harmonious campus culture, it necessary to provide ideological and political education countermeasures which is in line with the development of era and more effective.At present domestic experts and scholars did some research of Secondary Vocational School of harmonious campus culture and made some achievements. However, their research mostly focused on the significance of building a harmonious campus culture in Secondary Vocational Schools, the current situations, problems and solutions, but there are few research of the harmonious campus culture construction in the Secondary Vocational Schools of Hebei Province under the view of Ideological and Political Education.The innovation of this study lies in the organic combination of the Ideological and Political Education in secondary vocational school and harmonious campus culture, and to explore the harmonious campus culture in Secondary Vocational Schools under the view of Ideological and Political Education. Research mainly taken reading literature, questionnaire, interview and so on, and puts forward some countermeasures aiming at the present situation analysis of harmonious campus culture.The results show that there are many shortcomings in the construction of harmonious campus culture in the Secondary Vocational School, in some schools, inaccurate positioning of harmonious campus culture, lacking vocational features, failed to organize campus cultive activities with Ideological and Political Education, lack of spirit guide, poor at supervising and service effect, not harmonious with interpersonal relationship. Aiming at the existing problems on constructing the harmonious campus culture in the Secondary Vocational School, this essay put forward some countermeasures in the ideological and political education: set up the "people-oriented" concept and harmonious campus culture educating function in the Secondary Vocational Schools; enriching the content of Ideological and Political Education, and highlight the characteristics of campus culture construction in the Secondary Vocational School; Innovate the method of Ideological and Political Education, find suitable activities for the harmonious campus culture of Secondary Vocational School; Improve the relationship between the main body in the Ideological and Political Education, and promote the development of harmonious campus culture.
