Group Work In The Student Management Research

In the net era, with the deepening reform and openness, the management of undergraduates including the changing subjects and the objects is facing many new problems and contradictions. How to solve these problems and contradictions becomes an important issue for higher education administration. Group work born of the Western developed countries; in addressing population issues are often able to play an important role, producing good results. Group work introduced to our country, is gradually attracted the educator's attention with expanding applications, the author with their own experience, put group work to the management undergrads which not only expanding the application areas of group work, also producing some new methods for group working for it self.In addition, the author figures the group work in management of undergrads and using his own experience to testify the validity of introducing group work in to China. Through theoretical analysis and practical examples, author put emphases on the application of group work intending to explain the function of group work by analyzing its effects.In this paper, through the application of group work the management effectiveness analysis to clarify the validity of questions.This article attempts to use of group work methods to solve my undergraduate education in the management of some of the problems intending to provide theoretical support for and feasibility and reference of group work.
