Self-confidence is an indispensable factor in the healthy personality formation of contemporary college students,which affects the future development of the individual.College students are still in adolescence,and the world outlook,outlook on life and values are not firmly established.Plus of the ivory tower at school,the living environment is relatively simple,lack of social experience,frustration,it is easy to cause the lack of confidence,is not conducive to the formation of college students' healthy personality.To explore the factors influencing the self-confidence of contemporary college students and their promotion strategies can help to improve the psychological adaptability of college students and help them form healthy personalities.However,due to the slow progress of domestic scholars in the direction of college students' confidence,they lack theoretical guidance.However,foreign studies are more westernized,which is not very consistent with China's national conditions.Therefore,it is urgent to find ways to improve the self-confidence of contemporary college students.During my postgraduate study,I read a lot of literature on the self-confidence of college students,and learned about the root of the problem of self-esteem of contemporary college students.Also joined the school of social QiSeGuang studio,led the confidence growth group during the internship,in the form of team work to solve the problem of shortage of contemporary college students self-confidence,accumulated the relevant practical experience,also provides practical experience for the development of this research.There are six major parts in this paper,which can be divided into two major sections.The first section is the introduction and literature review,which mainly includes the theoretical knowledge of self-confidence and the related researches of domestic and foreign scholars.The introduction part mainly discusses the background of contemporary college students' self-confidence,current situation of college students' self-confidence,the purpose and significance of this study.The second part is the literature review,which mainly includes three aspects:concept definition,theoretical basis,domestic and foreign scholars' research progress on confidence.Among them,the concept definition is mainly based on some researches on confidence at home and abroad,and the concept of self-confidence is redefined and carded.At the same time the author the differences in research of scholars at home and abroad in confidence,influence factors of self-confidence,and improving the method of research,this paper analyzed the information of the arrangement,to deepen the understanding of confidence to the author,is focusing on work laid the deep theory foundation.The second plate consists of three,four,five,six.From the project preparation stage to the implementation process stage to the evaluation and reflection stage.It is mainly to carry out social work practice activities,and to explore the practical methods to improve the self-confidence of college students in the form of group work.Through group activities compared with inventory data after the first test,the change of the behaviour of college students in the group activity,as well as the social worker's observation records,comprehensive show that college students self-confidence growth group can help students improve self-confidence,develop their potential,and transformation of contemporary college students lack self-confidence.This indicates that the team work can be involved in the process of college students'self-confidence,which can help more college students improve their self-confidence by working in groups.
