Study The Doctrines Of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts Influence. Pubic Region

The main idea of the study discusses what the center doctrine has some specific effect to traditional chinese martial arts. We can hold the thought , core theory and the specific position of centre doctrine in history by center content system theory and summarize the logical order. We can find the main between tranditional chinese wushu and the center doltrine by the specific impact and performance of randitional chinese wushu healthy and fighting. Last but not least important , We find the scientific theory in chinese traditional philosophical culture and traditional chinese medicine.This study have some methods , for example : literature, expert interviews, analysis and synthesis levels of analysis. By systematic analysis we establish the following content and impact of corresponding theory of traditional chinese wush.About the content of the centre doctrine:──centre doctrine and the early theory of philosophy and traditional medicine are inseparable, it is in harmony and have a same source with traditional chinese martial arts.──about the center specific location research, we conclude that the center position could be anywhere on the body. The theory is based on the comprehensive position by the center history. However, it is different about the effect by the choice of the centre location. On the effects of traditional chinese martial arts:──we find the health program of chinese traditional martial arts. For example,from keeping the hart quiet to natural breathing, and to using the ideas lead blood, and last to guide the blood delivering to the body, we should follow this way.──we find the fighting program of chinese traditional wushu. We should follow this way from cultivating the body qi to flexibility exerciseing the centre and to whole body coordination.Finally, we know the centre doctrine theoretical system to be based on traditional chinese philosophy and traditional medicine.
