Objective:The author aims to explore the aggressive behavior in rat skeletal, muscle metabolism in speed-strength training on muscle fiber type activity and its impacts, as well as the evaluation indicators of aggressive behaviours and its methods. It will provide special experimental and scientific theoretical basis for China's competitive sports training and athletes.Methods:3-month-old healthy male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were 40, each weighing 170.2±16.8g, with the national standard feeding, free consumption of water, ambient temperature 22-26℃, relative humidity 45%-55%. After a week with adaptive feeding, the healthy male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups of eight:Sedentary control group(SCG), Aggressive model group(AMG), Speed strength trainning group(SSTG), Aggressive speed strength trainning group(ASSTG).A.Sedentary control group. Rats were to be gregarious feeding, free water, food, the same rearing environment with the following groups without any treatment.B.Aggressive model group. With the light of Megan E, Alleva E's Aggressive behaviour animal models. Rats were housed in stainless steel cages alone (50cm×30 cm×20 cm). Create day and night reversed environment. Turn on the light at eight o'clock p.m and turn off the lights eight o'clock a.m for 10 days. The 11th days, the experiment starts at 9:30. During this period, rats were in excited state. An aggresive rat was put into the cage in each model and time, camera. The first 5 mins are the adaptation period. From the first 6mins to 20mins, the behaviour changes of the rats were recorded and detected.C. Speed strength trainning group. Rats were bred in the similar environment, but isolated for 10 days. On the 11th day, the rats accepted the rapid strength training at 9:30 (all rats were trained at this time)for 8 weeks. According to the characteristics of speed-strength training, with the reference to physiological conditions Reflectometer design patterns, a home-made electric rat boxes (long 50cm×W 50cmx high 50cm) with power stimulating board made of Copper wire, around which is wood. Physiological stimulator JL-B (Shanghai Ka Teaching Instrument Factory) with square wave frequency of 50Hz, voltage 30-50V were used to stimulate the rats to jump. D.Aggressive speed strength trainning group. Modeling and Aggression inducing model is the same. After an scientific behavioural assessment, the speed strength training was started at 9:30 in the first 11th day with the same training way with speed strength trainning group. Rats were induced before every training. A separate group of rats for invasion was ready in order to stir up the rats in aggressive model.Results(1) Aggressive behavior intervention can significantly improve the activity of rats during strength training.(2) Day and night reversed model, that is a single cage rearing model in rats induced by a viable aggressive can be effective. The normal speed-strength training can be carried out when rats have aggressive behavior. Aggressive behavior combined exercise training can increase the body's speed-strength training and acclimatization capacity. It can be used for scientific research in the field of sports.(3) After an eight-week strength training after the aggressive on rats with the expected behavior occurs, results are good. Food intake in rats also increased, but no further increase to a certain extent. Sports can promote growth and weight of the rats which receive speed-strength training, and even against the weight loss caused by speed-strength training. Speed-strength training can increase the body's acclimatization capacity of the environment and improve the body's movement.(4) After an eight-week aggressive model and the appropriate role of exercise stress can stimulate muscle aerobic of the the body and enhance the abilities of an organism's movement(5) After an eight-week aggressive speed-strength training, there is an excessive synthesis in vivo corticosterone and P-EP in rats. From the central mechanisms the information transmission between the neuroendocrine system and immune system was activated so that the body's immune function was promoted and the body's movement ability improved.(6) After an eight-week aggressive speed-strength training, the capacity of the gastrocnemius muscle cells and their internal organelles on uptaking Na+-K+-ATP,Mg2 +-ATP,Ca2+-ATP and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP improved tendency, which indicates that the ability of the body was improved.(7) After an eight-week aggressive speed-strength training, the level of SDH in the gastrocnemius muscles of the rats shows a improved tendency. Strength training is one of the means of improving the body's aerobic capacity. This is especially significant in a simulated aggressive on speed-strength training.(8) After an eight-week aggressive speed-strength training, the level of CK in the gastrocnemius muscles of the rats shows a downward trend. The rats were fatigue and there is the occurrence of skeletal muscle damages. In the processes of rats aggressive speed-strength training, skeletal muscle fatigue or damages appeared to reduce or didn't occur.(9) After an eight-week aggressive speed-strength training, the cross-sectional area of rat gastrocnemius muscle increased significantly. Muscle fibers were significantly enlarged. There are macrophage infiltrations between the muscle fibers. A small amount of muscle fibers broke and there are connective tissue proliferations between the breaks. Animal models used in the experiment can serve as a model of strength training exercise.Conclusion(1) Quick strength training can enhance the activities of aerobic metabolism enzymes and anaerobic enzymes and the energy conversion between aerobic metabolis and anaerobicfor further improvement of the exercise capacity.(2)Quick strength training can increase the cross sectional area, thickened muscle fiber and improve lower limb strength of the rats for higer height.(3) The aggressive behaviour as a stressor Collaborated with quick strength training can enhance the SD rats'hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis secretion as well as improve the capacity of the immune and Neuroendocrine system.
