A great deal of human body experiments had been used to discuss the change character and produce mechanism of surface electromyography signal. In the course of these research, a lot of control factors could not be applied. Accordingly, the result of some of these study were localization and inveracity. For resolve the problem mention above, this paper try to study the character of toad gastrocnemius muscle's surface electromyography signal, want to establish the effective animal model, in order to set up a research platform for abroad and going deep into study the change character and produce mechanism of surface electromyography signal. The goal of our study was to explore the character of sEMG signal responses to muscle motion during isometric contractions. In this paper, two experiments had been designed to study the patterns and characteristics of sEMG signal by linear signal analysis methods during the short period of movement. Experiment one, establish the animal model of toad gastrocnemius muscle's surface electromyography signal; 12 toads were divide into 2 groups, female group (n=6), male group(n=6). Experiment two, he character of toad gastrocnemius muscle's surface electromyography signal in the longtime isometric exercise. 18 toads were randomly divided into 3 groups. 80% exercise group(n=6), 60% maximum muscle contraction exercise group(n=6), 40% maximum muscle contraction exercise group(n=6).The results indicated that the MF, MPF and iEMG was influenced by n% maximum muscle contraction and exercise mode. In the course of intermission, increase strain movement, MF, MPF and iEMG increase by linear with increased maximum muscle contraction. The decreasing of MF and MPF, indexes of linear analysis, during the exercise of 80%,60%,40% maximum muscle contraction intermission isometric contractions. Whereas, the change pattern of iEMG in the 80% maximum muscle contraction exercise group, increased by nonlinear.
