As mobility enhances development, Chinese excellent Ping-Pong players'rational flow is closely related with the development of Chinese table-tennis, and even with that of the world.The thesis studies the flow of the Chinese Ping-pang players who are the international masters of sports and maters of sports in the past several decades. It aims to explore the characteristics, tendency and the influence of those plays'flow. Such research methodologies as document research, logical approach, observational method, and statistics are used to analysis the direction, range, scale of the flow of the Chinese excellent Ping-Pang Players at home and aboard. This research intends to provide insights for the globalization of table-tennis as well as the expansion of social value of the flow of Chinese excellent Ping-Pang Players.1) The main direction of the flow of Chinese excellent Ping-Pang players is vertical.2) The distribution of the Chinese excellent Ping-Pang players at home and aboard is uneven.3) There exist contradiction and dislocation between the recourses of excellent Ping-pang players and the demand of the development of folk culture.4) The span of the excellent Ping-Pang players'career transition is increasing and the tendency of flow is enhanced.1) Promoting development and maintaining stability.2) Invigorating the national spirit, and enhance China's international prestige3) Making a better service for Chinese foreign policy4) Promoting the development of economy and culture5) Promoting the globalization of table-tennis, and enhancing the cultural communication between China and the world There are different characters and patterns in the flow of Chinese excellent Ping-Pang players at different period of time, which have had various influence at home and aboard. Therefore, the mobility and diversity of the flow promote the development of Chinese table-tennis and that of the world.
