The idea about this study has the writer's special identity as a source. The writer is one of Uyghur "Min kao Han". Uyghur "Min kao Han" are those in the Uyghur who have received Chinese education since youth, as well as would have a High Education United Admitted Test. As for the writer, this study is one that researches in the self-culture within the self-culture. This paper tastes to reveal affection of the bilingual use about Uyghur "Min kao Han", through the language socialization study of these people. Meanwhile, in term of the theory of marginal man, the paper analyzes the result of marginalization from these people's socialization. At last, the paper reflects the process of the socialization of Uyghur "Min kao Han" in the view of these people's cross-cultural experience, mind difference caused by different capacity of language, adapting major society and the sense of national belonging.The paper studies the socialization of Uyghur "Min kao Han" in the view of language use in order to illuminate these people are embedded into the position of cultural marginality. However, when Uyghur "Min kao Han" come into the major society, they do not receive more understandings and concerns in the manner of multicultural society. As a result, many social problems are appeared. It's meaning that Uyghur "Min kao Han" have encountered the prejudice and the discrimination. Therefore, the position of these people is becoming from cultural marginality down to social status'marginality. The main purpose of the paper shows this phenomenon; analyzes the process of its formation and the ways of solution.Uyghur "Min kao Han" are affected by self national cultural tradition as well as Chinese Han major culture. These people stray between two great different cultural systems. They also have many special points in the aspects of touching major society, national belonging, et. For the above reason, they actually located in the marginal area no matter in major society or Uyghur society. The paper approaches society to give a correct evaluation for them, and creates more chance to show their merits.This study is a typical qualitative research. The main research method includes the documents research, participating observation, and deep talking. Besides, the writer also is a research object, and has had the self-experience and thinking for many years. Has based on the above, the writer collects the original materials.The paper mainly includes the three aspects. Firstly, the paper clarifies the source of Uyghur "Min kao Han" phenomenon. That begins from definition of "Min kao Han" in the national education policy, and also sums up the appearance of "Min kao Han" in the Uyghur society. Secondly, in the beginning of language use, the paper talks about the socialization process of Uyghur "Min kao Han" in the viewpoints of social adaption, mother culture slacking, identity belonging. Meanwhile, paper gives out the result of their socialization. Lastly, the paper reflects the socialization process of Uyghur "Min kao Han". In this part, the paper analyzes the cross-cultural experience, mind difference, social adaption and identity belonging. Finally, the paper evaluates the result of marginality of Uyghur "Min kao Han"...
