The rapid development of Network Technology and popularity of Digital Campus lead a new growing point to education, and steed up the change of teaching modes and methods, thus, the effective application of multimedia courseware has been a focus of teachers in the process of teaching. Therefore, to study and develop all kinds of Multimedia Courseware's Generated Systems, most schools and companies have input a large amount of people,materials and money in it. While with the MCGS is available in the process of teaching, the disparity between courseware generated performances and expected performance of teachers is growing. The most urgent is that how to improve the quality of courseware development in the MCGS.Basing on the grasp and analysis concerning the domestics and abroad status quo of application of MCGS, this paper found the existing problem in the process of courseware development of the MCGS, then summarized the history of theory of performance technology and characteristics of the basic concepts, with an overall and systematic view to research the performance issues of developing courseware in the MCGS. The author did a performance analysis of application of MCGS, by using a series of interview study and questionnaire survey and case study, which was developed by Yunnan Digital Chain Center based on integral ware, and found out the gap between the actual level of performance of the courseware generated and the expected level of performance. Analyzing the reason for producing the performance gap, it designed choices for different reasons and implemented the performance of different interventions, mainly included teaching class intervention, non-teaching class intervention, and organized environmental category interventions and so on. Through the way of positive analysis the performance improvement programs will be first applied to the Network formation process of courseware of a course named Start Your Business, a entrepreneurship training programs established by Guangdong Vocational Training Council, to ensure the performance technology can indeed improve the quality of courseware generated through targeted interventions. The author confirmed the application of performance technology is effective, meanwhile, to improve the quality of Development Courseware in the Multimedia Courseware Generating System by doing an analysis from the angle of a teacher and student.
