Collaborative Design And Implementation Of Office Systems

The office auto (OA) system is one of most concerned issues in promoting enterprise informatization construction. With development of information-oriented construction, office automation system has undergone several major changes and has developed from the traditional document-processing-based OA to a knowledge based OA, which adopts"knowledge management"as the core concept,"collaboration"as the working method and"portal"as the technical means.This thesis, based on the actual situation of a research institute, presents an idea of establishing an enterprise collaborative management platform (ECP), which uses the existing EIP and EAI of the Institute as a basis to integrate all service systems related to management, scientific research and production, thus realizing integration of service flow and service system, and moreover, to form a new starting point of information construction of this Institute. Collaborative routine office information-sharing platform (ECP) will, in accordance with activity flow of scientific research management, design, manufacture, equipment, sale, material supply and other activities, connect the management information systems (project, quality, financial, material, human resources) ,production management systems (equipment, production), product data management system (PDM), etc. Into a whole, so as to provide the users of the Institute a collaborative integrated application environment with comprehensive functions of data services, collaborative communication, business processing, document flow, etc. From this idea, this thesis, presents an architecture design of a collaborative office platform of the Institute, and also the functional analyses and designs of the main functional modules. And, the system has been deployed, and the entire work of the collaboration office platform project has been completed.Finally, all the design and implementation of the project are summarized and the system shortcomings are put forth. Through the construction of this project, a scalable, transplantable, open enterprise information platform was built to meet the current and future management and decision-making needs of the Institute, having laid a solid foundation for information technology management in the future.
