Research On Optimization Of X Company’s Collaborative Office Information System

In 2012,the OA system was implemented by Company X.The implementation of the OA system improved the efficiency of the company’s office affairs.However,as the informatization of Company X gradually entered the deep water area,due to the lack of data support from the enterprise business system,the OA system,with the core of the office affairs,cannot provide sufficient information support for the decision-making of enterprise managers,especially due to the recent prevention and control of the COVID-19,the flow of personnel has been affected to a certain extent.Moreover,the layout of X Company in China is relatively scattered,so to clear the data channel between the OA system and the business system,to provide managers with sufficient information resources,to improve the accuracy of decision-making,and to establish OA collaborative office system are what the X Company desperately needs to solve.This paper takes the collaborative office information system of X company as the research object,through the design of questionnaires and actual interviews and discussions,to find out the problems in the operation of X company’s information system and OA system,such as poor information communication between departments and between superiors and subordinates,low information integration between systems,and the inefficiency of collaborative linkage office.The questionnaire analysis method and the grounded theoretical analysis method have been used to analyze the reasons for these problems.Industry benchmark has also been used to clear optimization direction.This paper aims to use "one platform,one portal,one specification,one standard" at all levels to optimize the design of the X company’s collaborative office system.From the perspective of information system integration,J2 EE application technology and B/S architecture research are used to build a comprehensive collaborative office system.From network environment deployment,hardware and software servers are configured;from data sharing,by the form design and work flow reconfiguration,the cross-regional flow,data sharing,and collaborative office are available.With the establishment of user access rights system,improvement of the strength of password settings and security audit inspection,system stability are ensured of no attack or malicious tampering,and data security.From implementation,detailed implementation measures are formulated from debugging,to be in operation.and finally the optimization plan are ensured to be implemented smoothly from system,culture,technology and ideological guidance.This paper is based on the use condition of the collaborative office system of Company X.After analyzing and demonstrating the problems of the system,the optimization plan will greatly improve the office efficiency of Company X and promote the overall operation towards automation and intelligence.The research results of this paper are expected to be a reference for other enterprises in the same industry in promoting the optimization and improvement of the company’s collaborative office system.
