| From the aspects of enhancing the management of hospitals and cost accounting, the management of medical consumables is a key component of Hospital Information System (HIS). Its core function is realizing the systematization, standardization and automation of information management of medical consumables, improving the efficiency and strengthening the management of logistics. Medical Consumables Management System (MCMS) is mainly comprised of management of inventory, inventory analysis and office consumables summary, etc.As modern science and technology has developed rapidly and new technology, new material, new methods, many more births in the new fallen, thus promoting to medical management has fallen. the various specifications of the hospital to the needs of the fallen are differences in the system for the design should combine the hospital of the actual conditions, standardize and with high practicability, the future operation of the functions of the system.Based on author's experience of hospital management, and combining the practical requirement of medical consumables management, the thesis concentrates on elaborating the design scheme, main functions and characteristics of Medical Consumables Management System (MCMS) based on the C/S computing mode, including the design of systems database and system security. Firstly, the thesis narrates the development trend of MCMS and its current status at home and abroad, and then confirms the overall requirements of system based on the practical situation of hospitals. The thesis describes the design concept, partition of functional modules of MCMS in detail. Finally, the functions of consumables warehousing, planning and monthly summary are implemented. The test result of system proves that electronic management of consumables can be attained by implementing the real-time inquiry, compiling statistics and dynamic management, ensuring the scientificness of consumables management, reducing the stock, accelerating the speed of cash flow and increasing the efficiency of hospital consumables management. |
