This thesis introduces a simple HRM which has feasibility analysis,requirements analysis,architecture design,outline design,detailed design,system implementation and System testing seven phrases to achieve. The system uses .NET Framework3.5 as the development platform,C# as development language, adopts the traditional Software Architecture.In the whole processing of design and implementation it uses object-oriented analysis and object-oriented design technology. In its realization, it uses classic design pattern to improve the expansibility,reusability and scalability of the whole system. Based on the software security considerations,this thesis proposes and implements a security control model which is used for authorization of customer and access control. As this system characteristics, this system proposes traditional treeView,listView and Visual graphical views with observer pattern, it perceivably reflects important information in graphics just like employee satisfaction.ect.And this system improve object model persistent storage with observer pattern, can be stored in a single-machine or enterprise-level large relational databases,it can also be stored in object-oriented data. This system adopts Open Source DB4O which is object-oriented flat database。...
