Number Of Personnel Files Management System Design And Implementation

Now, the construction of informationization has spread abroad into many fields. With the development of technology, personal archives management system is becoming the most powerful method to improve the efficiency and the level of management. Integration,networking,practical and individuality have become the main trend for the development of MIS. So it is necessary to develop a suit of personal archives management system with the advanced technology.This thesis is based on the practical requirements of personal archives management system. C/S structure, MS SQL Server 2008 database and VS 2010 development tool are used to develop and design the personal archives management system. This system is designed to be made up with six subsystems: file operation subsystem, information query subsystem, system settings subsystem, data processing subsystem, print subsystem and help subsystem. The personal archives management system realizes the function of file operation, such as to add, modify, delete, backup and recovery file information, we achieve the precise look of the file by name, file number and other information and with a certain range of fuzzy search by gender, ethnicity, age and other information, we also achieve statistics and calculation based on the relevant statistical information of the staff. Users can change their login passwords, the administrator can set the normal user permissions, as well as managing the file content (eg: ethnicity, age, etc.). This thesis realizes the analysis, design and achievement of ShenYang management of personnel files System, and makes a detailed introduction of file operation subsystem, information query subsystem, system settings subsystem and data processing subsystem.
