| Ever since 2006, Evan Williams set up Obvious and created the worlds first micro-Blogging"Twitter",nearly 200 million registered users as of now, microblogging has created a legend of Internet age. August 2009, Chinas first mainstream microblogging"t.sina.com.cn"started on line, as of the end of October 2010, the user of Sina microblogging (http://t.sina.com.cn) has reached 50 million, and its followers Tencent also announced latest enrollment number had reached 1oo millions in 5 February 2011. The pace of microblogging development in China has far beyond its ancestor TWITTER, created a Chinese-style Internet legend. Currently, the fierce battles between the major operators has not yet ended, the profitability road of micro-Blogging has not yet proven, and the influence of microblogging on social and individual is only at emerging stage.Michel Foucault expressed a series of strange ideas which make him the most famous scholars of the 20th century. His unique research methods have far beyond the "cultural history" and his theory has becoming theoretical research weapons in all disciplines. This essay attempt applying the"Discourse Theory"to communication research.In this essay the qualitative and quantitative research will be closely integrated to explore the unique nature of microblogging: the immediacy, mobility, weak connectivity, and Media Features. Related personal discourse under this circumstances presents open, democratic, individuals trends. After the analysis and investigation, this essay establish a communication model of individual discourse under the microblogging circumstances, based on the model this essay indicates survival strategies for individuals, enterprises and traditional media in microblogging environment. |
