| In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and communication technology, the informatization construction in fire-protection area has been made great progress. Nevertheless, as a result of historical reason, there exists ubiquity within the construction of Fire information system that it only focuses on its work on the need of partial requirements. Hence the individual systems became the "information silo" and hardly accomplished the information integration and resources sharing, and obstructed the promotion of the whole fire army. In that case, it is quite necessary to develop a Synthetic Fire information system.On the base of the development for "Fire grass-roots information management platform" utilized in Shanghai Fire Brigade, this paper mainly research in the construction of informatization in Fire department. As analyzing status and problems in fire information system, this paper expatiates the requirements from routine work of fire-protection, fire structural establishment and many other aspects and offers the implementation method with the goal of building the fire information management platform. As to the system development, with the utilization of powerful functions in WEB 2.0, the paper provides the solution of the integration of all subsystems with the information platform and makes it easier and humanized to work with the grassroots units. It brings the advantages in the personalized access and content-based management and applies the relative solutions and techniques to the design of Fire grass-root Information Management Platform.In this thesis, we discuss and analyze the architecture, requirements and deployments of the Fire grass-roots Information Management Platform of Shanghai Fire Brigade. As to the application system design, with the application of information engineering methodologies; we divide our subsystems and modules according to the function requirements. With the examples of several subsystems such as Fire User Management System, Fire Duty Management System, Fire Review System and Fire Training System, we analyze and discuss the design and implementation of the system function in system integration with SOA system, data transferring with WebService technology, personalized design with Web2.0 and simplifying Ajax technology with jQuery. |
