Networking product design is multidisciplinary collaborative group personnel solute its field problems in distributed heterogeneous network environment, for a same design goal. In product collaborative design process, design task decomposition, distribution and scheduling problem is one of the core research problems to realize network product collaborative design process control and management.This issue mainly researches the task allocation problem in product collaborative design process; the main work is as follows:(1)On the analysis of the collaborative design task management and distribution mechanism, proposes a collaborative design task allocation model based on MAS of contract nets.
