| Drawing technology is one of the important link of metallurgical production, drawing machine is the main equipment drawing process realized. Currently in the main means of wire drawing machine, multipass straight into type drawing machine is a kind of the most commonly used. It requires more than drawing process in Taiwan with high speed, drawing motor with high precision, high coordination to realize the linkage of the operation more than motor. And that the system has good dynamic performance and anti-jamming performance.The traditional drawing machine control method usually adopts dc speed control and analogue control mode. But this control way has resistance, dynamic performance is not ideal, motor coordination, especially when the disadvantages such as lack of time excessive overshoots made it difficult to regulate itself. Aimed at the problems, this paper puts forward a method based on fieldbus technology, combined with MM440 frequency conversion module, S7300, tension sensor and HMI designed equipment such as man-machine interface that gives a kind of drawing machine control system. The system can better solve many problems, have more motor linkage of excellent adaptability and anti-jamming ability, can more convenient monitoring and change the motor running parameters, reduce the system, further improve the trouble wiring the production efficiency. This paper made the following job:1, through the analysis of straight into type drawing machine working principle, the reasonable choice, using the control scheme for the PROFIBUS characteristics of distributed control to realize the control, and more motor by tension sensor role between adjacent motor to keep the silk thread tension constant, achieve more motor coordination operation.2, wire drawing machine control system was designed the hardware framework and control diagram, and analyzes the advantages of the new system.Three, and introduces the control system configuration process, analyzes the MM440 and Siemens PLC communication mode, and designed a control program, using PLC control the whole drawbench unit operation.4, in traditional single motor added intelligent closed-loop control of fuzzy PID control algorithm can better dynamic performance of the system, the system has more strong anti-interference ability.5, using a simple Wincc big software design of the touch screen, realize friendly human-machine interface, can is convenient to monitor the real-time parameters. |
