The Focke Packaging Machine Based On The Can Bus Data Acquisition

There are three important parts in industrial automation field, such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), robot and CAD/CAM. In this paper, through researching the cigarette packing technology, PLC, PLC network, field-bus and configuration supervision, author designs a data-collection system that supervises FOCKE packing-machine. The main achievements are as following:1. To analyse the former PLC control program, make sure of the data position in the source program.2. To analyse the former communication network, set up the new PLC communication network and develop the new communication program.3. To design the new product line supervision-control system and develop the supervision -control software with SIMATIC WinCC. Through the software, workers can supervise and control the product line. At the same time, send the collected data to factory LAN.
