It also involves the audit of more responsible persons. A series of papery material are submitted to the business executive for gradual approval. All this leads to the inefficiency of the land management. How to use new technology to implement the integration of the management in the business approval is extremely important for the informationize process of land management. Workflow defines and manages the approval process involved in the businesses of land planning and land transaction from the definition, implementation and management of the workflow. The workflow engine based on Enhydra Shark is an open source product, a good support for the workflow. This method can improve the land administrative efficiency of the land management centre in Zhenjiang City. The office automation application platform in its true sense is provided for it.Firstly, the status and problem of the informatization of land management in Zhenjiang land management center are discussed. The necessity of the development of the land management system based on Enhydra Shark is definite. Then, the functions of the land management system are discussed. The approval process of the sent and received files, the land expropriation, the land transaction are analyzed. After, the land management system framework is analyzed. And use modular approach to design a system. The most important approval process of the subsystem such as the land planning and using, the land transaction is chose for the detailed design. The focus of discussion is land transactions and land planning to use two of the subsystem approval of the design and implementation based on enhydra shark workflow engine. In the end, the system includes extensibility and effect analysis is applied. |
