With the rapid development of economy,there are many large-scale, integrated, diversified companies,and it result in a large number of growth.In such circumstances, it is unable to imagine that we deal such a large amount of information by manual operation,if the company continued to develop, the number of the employees will be huge, then manual operation can not solve the problem.If we want to free the people from such a transaction,so the computer is essential.People only need a simple operation.then we can get a large number of required information.According to the expert investigation on the human resources data, we found that whether in China or other countries, effective human resources are very important,and these enterprises also use the hunan management system to run company, and the human resource system is powerful,it contains many module on human resource,such as:the salary management module, insurance management, attendance management,performance management,report module and so on.In addtion to powerful function,friendly,tandardized interface to also make people easy to use. and every kind of report generation.data mining tools make human resource managers focus on the daily business, so as to solve the large amount of tedious and boring work, managers have more time to think company plan and policy.Reasonable scientific design on human resources management system can free people from the miscellaneous work out, and the computer instead of us to do some daily work, this kind of Human resources management system is more intelligent, standardization, systematization, thus the system greatly improve enterprise efficiency, to solve the problems of human resources.The system Integrate Struts, Hibernate, Spring framework,it analysis and design with OOA (object oriented analysis) and OOD (object oriented design),this human resources system includes several modules:staff information management, attendance management, insurance management and the company performance management, report management.The integration and development system use traditional programming tools, we use eclipse as a development tool, and rose as the modeling tool, and SQL Server as database, and iReport as development tools report.At the end of the thesis, the whole system developement made the summary analysis.
