Research On Electronic Supervision Method In Drug Management System

As the necessity of people’s daily life, the quality and safety problems of drug during the production and sale are concerned about all walks of life, Food and Drug Administration has also begun to implement electronic supervision for drugs and standardize the operation process of drug circulation in order to make the drug traceable and ensure the safety of drugs used by people.In terms of the shortcomings of traditioal drug management system’s without supervision code recording, no operation standard and unable to accept remote supervison. The main work is done in this thesis as follows, an independent deveploped management system as an example:(1) Considering the challenges during drug interprises’ quality tracing, data about the electronic supervision codes are storaged in the system, then the codes’ uniqueness will make the drug traceble and complement electronic supervision of drugs.(2) When it comes to the operation rules of drug enterprises, the prescription drug sales as an example in this thesis, the safety management problems in the process are analyzed and comparation is make between the system developed in this thesis with the traditional ones, realization methods and operation rules adopted in the system are proposed.(3) Appropriate transmission mode is elected to describe the methods and strategies achieved in the system of this thesis according to the design specification of National drug regulatory platform about data interfaces in order to achieve remote transmission, then the targets of transmiting data to the remote server and the enperprises’ remote supervision of drug are also achieve.
