So how to use computer systems with the aid of HR Management has important practical significance. Building a J2EE-based HR MIS for adapting to future changes is the main content and significance of this thesis. The design goal of the system is a distributed service platform with a uniform plan and standard, to solve a variety of challenges happened to traditional system, including frequent changes in demand, the complexity of the Runtime environment and the expanding network users. The whole process base on object oriented method:Design using UML modeling method and focuses on recruitment modules and evaluation modules. EJB specification implement can take much advantage. When the different interface achieve the different needs, The B/S3-tier architecture is suitable for the volatile environment of the Internet. The divisions of the system refer to the MVC pattern, layers are loosely-coupled and flexible to handle changes in business processes. Using common tools such as Visio, Eclipse can improve the communication, collaboration and efficiency between teams. The technologies involved in the system include JSP, Servlet, JDBC and EJB etc. Eight basic modules can cover the necessary business point. It start from initial general idea, describe research need, functional design and the choice of platform, until finish the construction.provides a good reference for the follow-up and similar projects. |
