| This thesis uses journalism and media management theory and methods, from the five aspects of point of view of institutional reform, team management reform, reform and Mongolian broadcasting, reform, studio form to analyze the 64 years of the Inner Mongolia people’s broadcasting station reform situation of Mongolian broadcasting and puts forward suggestions on how to do a good job in Mongolian in new media environment in broadcasting. The thesis consists of three parts:introduction, main part and the conclusion. The thesis is composed of five chapters. The First Chapter introduces the institutional reform of the Inner Mongolia People’s Broadcasting Station from the aspects of institutional change, the present situation of the Mongolian broadcasting, "three system reform" and from several aspects. The second chapter introduces the Inner Mongolia People’s Broadcasting Station personnel system reform, including the formation of human resources, setbacks and difficulties encountered, gratifying situation after the reform of the personnel system etc. The third chapter introduces the reform of Inner Mongolia People’s Broadcasting Station program. Firstly it gives the list of all the columns of Mongolian broadcasting in the past 64 years, and then briefly introduces the features in the different stages. This chapter divides the development history of Inner Mongolia people’s Broadcasting Station into six stages:the initial period (1950-1955), and healthy development period (1956-1965), the early destroyed period of "cultural revolution" (1966-1970), the later "cultural revolution" period (1971-1976), restore of the development period (1977-1998), "three system reform" period (1999-2014). This division is different from the traditional division, but we think this division more accord with the actual situation of the development of Mongolian broadcasting. This chapter also discusses the historical reasons and social background of the reform of Mongolian section and the role of "three system reform" played in the reform.It also briefly introduces several representative particular columns. Chapter Four introduces the reform of Mongolian radio broadcast form and the establishment of a broadcast network alliance and broadcast technology. In the fifth chapter, the thesis mainly talks about the new trend in the development of broadcasting and Mongolian broadcasting facing the opportunities and challenges. Here it includes the impact of new media on broadcasting, usage trends of new media technology, the rapid development of new media on the impact of the change of social structure, the voice of the dispersion and the improvement of the independent status of users on Mongolian broadcasting of Mongolian language information processing, Mongolian broadcasting problems and the problem overcoming, etc. From eight aspects in the conclusion part summarizes the discussed in the above six parts, puts forward new ideas. |
