In recent years, various colleges and universities gradually expand the scale of enrollment, for all kinds of teaching resources of the rigid demand also increases. Especially for teaching educational administration work demands increasingly strict, you known, the core work of university is teaching, the education of higher education discipline is numerous, enormous teachers and students, so for orchestration courses of teaching work in colleges and universities is a top priority. Higher education school is arranging the content in the teaching plan under the precondition of; In view of the teachers, classrooms and teaching time to optimize the combination of teaching resources. Due to the business problem involves various aspects of the problem of colleges and universities, has not been very effective method to quickly solve the problem of curriculum schedule in colleges and universities, still plagued by college educational administration personnel.On arranging the demand, the current university curriculum arrangement algorithm, this paper proposed given priority to with genetic algorithm, combined with UML model to complete the arrangement system analysis and design work. The system for college counselors’ in curriculum arrangement, teachers’ query schedule; Use the information means to complete a process of the operation. Using this system, with the computer network technology, eliminate the factors of time, space, to reduce the cost of courses arranging management, improve work efficiency and save human resources, the purpose of this is in higher vocational colleges in the innovation of educational administration. This paper did the followings:Analysis the existing problem of university course arrangement, According to the practical work between different departments, each link of business process, the design and implementation of university curriculum arrangement system feasibility analysis; The requirements analysis phase of system first business needs to do the detailed description, and complete the flow chart of the main business; Complete the role analysis, functional requirements analysis stage business function analysis, and draw the use case diagram; Data requirements analysis phase map the system concept of class and class thumbnails. Put forward the design of the system design targets, according to the design principle, completed the system architecture design and system network topology design; Function module design phase respectively mapped the class diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram; Finally adhere to the principle of database design, draw the system entity relationship diagram and part of the database table design.
